Home: Who We Are

Alex and Vero have been married since 2001. Together they lead a congregation in Tijuana, Baja California. They have three children Bethany, Hannah and Eli.

The pandemic brought unexpected challenges to the field of education, a significant number of students were unable to continue their education due to a lack of resources. A sudden shift to online learning left many children at a disadvantage, widening the gap between those with access to technology and those without. Recognizing this critical issue, Vero and Alex took decisive action to bridge this gap and ensure that education remained accessible to all students, regardless of their circumstances.

Meet Joey

Joey moved in our Cedros community about 2 years ago. We invited her to come to our learning center after learning she was not in school and had not been in school since third grade due to bullying. Since then she has been enrolled in our center and has had enrichment activities on a daily basis. She recently has gone to Los Angeles, California to get surgeries for her facial cleft. Currently she is back in Tijuana, and continuing services in our center. Thanks to sponsors like you we have been able to provide therapy sessions, music classes and craft activities. We are excited to continue in this journey with Joey, subscribe to our email list to get updates on our learning centers and on Joey!
